DescriptionWe are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consultant who will be responsible for leading the endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements perform gap analysis design solutions map business processes and configure systems.
Responsibilities- Lead endtoend implementation of both the Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
- Gather requirements analyse gaps design solutions and map existing HR business processes.
- Configuration of absence types accruals policies leave rules time entry rules timecard setup approval workflows and overtime rules
- Integrate Absence Management and Time & Labor modules with other Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules including the Project management module.
- Lead and execute unit system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide user training and support for both rollouts and live environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications- Proven experience in endtoend Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with handson experience implementing both Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations setups and transactions specific to both Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications (e.g. Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional and Time & Labor Implementation Professional) are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
