Look no further! RogallCo is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven individual to join our team as a Home Health Advisor. We are a leading firm in the home services industry known for our personalized care and commitment to improving the quality of our clients. As a Home Health Advisor with RogallCo youll play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Youll be the bridge between our services and the clients who need them ensuring that our solutions meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations.


Your daytoday will include developing and executing sales strategies managing a robust sales pipeline and negotiating deals that bring value to both our clients and our company. Youll work closely with our team to analyze market trends refine our services and deliver results that make a real impact on our clients lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the home health sector.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research networking and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Meet with customers on site provide estimates for Rogall services.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
  • Ensure accurate handoff of sale with Rogall operations team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.


Requirements:

  • 4 years proven experience in field sales prospecting negotiation and closing skills
  • Closed over $750k in annual sales in each of the last 2 years
  • 4 years experience with sales forecasting and project timeline management.
  • 4 years of learning a construction technical trade at a high level of detail.
  • Proven understanding of sales methodology communication techniques psychology and influence.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite PaintScout (or other estimating platform) Salesforce or other CRM and Smartsheets (or other Project Management platform).
  • BSc/BA in engineering business administration finance construction management economics psychology or similar field.

Benefits Include:

  • Hourly Rate: $35 Commensurate with experience
  • Five paid sick days per year.
  • Additional opportunities for training growth and advancement.
  • Eligible for sales commission upon completion of Home Health Advisor training. Commission structure will be presented upon completion of 90day trial period.
