The Behavioral Health (BH) Informatics & EHR Manager provides strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective information technology (IT) solutions that align with the needs of the Behavioral Health department. This role collaborates closely with clinical and business leaders to evaluate implement and optimize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system data architecture analytics and related IT services to advance clinical care compliance and operational efficiency.
The manager serves as a critical liaison between the Behavioral Health (BH) department and Health Care Agency (HCA) IT leadership ensuring seamless alignment with HCAs IT and Data Informatics strategic direction technology standards and regulatory requirements.The eligible list established from this recruitment may be used to fill current andfuture Regular (including Temporary and Fixedterm) Intermittent and Extra Helpvacanciesfor this position only which is a Regular position.

EDUCATION TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of education training and experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree in Public Administration Health/Mental Health Care Administration Business Administration Information Technology or Computer Science or a closely related field AND five 5 years of management experience including supervisory experience in a health care environment or department.Desired:
