Ayvens Hellas is looking for an ntern Accounting Administrator to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our Financial Team for 3 months. If you have an Accounting or similar degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures we would like to meet you. Ultimately you will help our accounting department to run smoothly ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile analytical ledgers of suppliers / customers
Booking of suppliers invoices
Maintain digital & physical accounting records
Communicate with suppliers and customers in order to solve their ad hoc requests
Participate in other ad hoc tasks of the accounting department
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance or similar field
Working experience at similar position at least 1 year
Very good command of English verbal and written
Digital literacy and tech savviness
Critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer and results oriented
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Organizational skills and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
