Lantern Crest Senior Living is a familyowned and operated upscale 34acre community offering Independent Living Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by effectively developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation:Utilize prospectcentered selling techniques to generate leads through strong external relationships with industry professionals.
- CRM Management:Oversee daytoday activities using our CRM system to ensure effective lead tracking and followup.
- Community Engagement:Work closely with the Resident Services Director to ensure quality placement of potential clients in Assisted Living/Memory Care neighborhoods.
- Event Coordination:Collaborate with the sales team to implement successful and productive events creating lasting impressions for leads and referral sources.
- Tours & Outreach:Conduct community tours host prospect and professional events and present the various lifestyle options available (Independent Living Assisted Living & Memory Care) to tailor personalized care plans for potential residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of three 3 years in sales and marketing with at least one 1 year of experience within a senior living community preferably in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- Skills:Proven ability to discover sales motivations build relationships overcome objections and close sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility:Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team with flexible scheduling to support sales efforts.
- Technology:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and CRM systems.
- Transportation:Valid drivers license with the ability to drive locally for external business development; occasional travel for training and workshops may be required.
