Job Description
- To lead Project Management of 2 important modules of PEP Schemes & Grievances taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
- Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the stakeholdersthrough regular meetings and written communications
- Contribute to the analysis documentation and proposition of solution options for the PEP module ensuring the options are based on feasibility
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the government/concerned departments and other consultants at all project stages
Requirements
- 5 years of multiproject management experience preferably in the area of Government Projects Social Sector Projects Research FMCG Hotels and other relevant categories
- Ability to leaddevelop and manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work in the larger team
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Project PowerPointWord and Excel
- Excellent communication(both oral and written) ability to create and deliver executive presentations
- Strong educational qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Candidates having QMS certification wouldbe preferred.
