Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
$1000 sign on bonus
$1000 referral bonus
Ensure efficient operation of manufacturing processes by troubleshooting production issues dispositioning nonconforming hardware improving/documenting workflows and implementing process improvements. This role will collaborate with production quality and EHS groups to uphold safety standards ensure quality and increase efficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for production defects and failures.
Review customer and industry specifications to evaluate and disposition discrepant product.
Develop and maintain work instructions process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance production efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Eng Quality and Operations to resolve production challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing environment.
Provide technical support to manufacturing operations troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by providing assistance as needed to ensure a smooth transition from development to production.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Manufacturing Technology or a related field
(preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered).
2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production support role
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with CAD software (e.g. NX SolidWorks)
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
General knowledge of GD&T
Knowledge of inspection tools gauging and methods
Familiarity with AS9100 ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced production environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The pay range for this role is $58800 $94200. Jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
