We are seeking an experienced and motivatedSales & Business Development Additive Manufacturing/3D Printingto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the additive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling 3D printing equipment software and services to customers in various industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through prospecting lead generation and account management
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to highlight the benefits of our additive manufacturing solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Stay uptodate on industry trends technologies and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the companys products and services
- Travel to customer sites to deliver presentations and demos as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in additive manufacturing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
