My client is an established and successful independent multibranch Estate and Lettings Agency who are looking to add a Senior Lettings Agent to their high performing Cheltenham team.

What are the daytoday responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Agent:
- Drive the growth of new business into the company through a variety of means
- Nurture and develop existing client base maximising opportunities
- Support and develop team members in achieving their own targets
- Work closely with the wider business to support and contribute to growth
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Lettings Agent:
- Proven ability to generate new business within a lettings agency
- Firstclass communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in aiding the development of junior team members
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
