Job Description
TopDocs is seeking a Nurse Practitioner interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in postacute and longterm care at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will serve the burg VA area. New Grads are Welcome!
Responsibilities:
Start date: ASAP
- Six 6 month contract
- Fulltime Contract
- 23 days/week 8a5p)
- Required: Med Management/Screening/Stabilization for inpatient Psy Patients; treating anxiety/depression
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- ADC 2022 patients/day
- EMR: Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
- Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 2448hrs max.
Qualifications:
- FNP; current CMEs for treating psychiatric patients
- Active/clear VA NP License
- Unencumbered DEA license required
- Selfmotivated directed flexible and a team player
- Ability to chart daily visits in an EMR in a timely manner
- Clean Background for expedited credentialing
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Must have full vaccination for COVID19
