Job Description

We currently have a Behavioral Interventionist position available in Brookfield VT to provide support to a kindergarten student in the students home.The primary functions are: provide and implement Applied Behavior Analysis support to student in their home with a focus towards helping student to meet their educational goals. provide case management case consultation attend IEP meetings treatment team meetingsmodeling of appropriate problemsolving skills social skills life skills and a healthy lifestyle while providing opportunities to enhance vocational skills and participate in physical education programs.This position may serve as liaison for school DCF and other agencies and may assist in providing deescalation and behavioral management and support as needed. The candidate for this position is needed to work 5days a week in students home 6hour days 5 hours in home and 1 hour of paperwork/ meetings) to equal 30 hours per week.
