As a Client Executive you will focus on delivering exceptional service and value to a portfolio of mid and large corporate businesses . This role emphasizes relationship building and collaboration with industry experts to provide innovative solutions.

We will count on you to:
Client administration in accordance with Marshs standards and procedures:
Meetings with clients to identify their needs / offer presentations
Answering clients requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
Collaboration with all insurers agreed by Marsh for all employee benefits insurances
Administration of existing insurance contracts
Build and nurture strong relationships through continuous client engagement.
Development of clients portfolio market research development technical support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Understand clients businesses industries and risks translating that knowledge into practical solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and cross sell within the business to meet expected targets
Stay informed about the insurance market and industry shifts adapting strategies as needed.
What you need to have:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate client service delivery function within Insurance (Insurance Companies Brokerage) or Medical Clinics area is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Eager to collaborate within a multinational network and a global company
Excellent negotiation skills
