DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation. Perform quantity takeoffs
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
Manage risks issues and changes to keep the project on track.
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Motivate and lead project team members fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Track and manage project budgets ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference

QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager 3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Scrum).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
Excellent organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
PMP PRINCE2 or similar certification.
Transportation experience preferred but not required
