Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for Directors and/or Managers as appropriate. Schedules appointments and arranges conferences/ meetings for Director Service Line Manager or others as directed. Attends division meetings; take minutes at these meetings and assists with tracking /coordinating matters which arise from those minutes as needed. Performs clerical/secretarial duties which include but not limited to typing word processing transcribing copying distributing maintaining files of correspondence/meetings and other information (i.e. policy procedure and protocol manuals).
