CLINICAL CONSULTANT (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Position Summary: Provides shortterm behavior analytic services to individuals with autism caregivers community members and organizations. Services are delivered in a clinic setting in the community or via telehealth. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on time and are highquality.
Your Role at SARRC - Maintains primary focus upon on direct clinical services and indirect tasks to support service provision.
- Provides contemporary and effective clinical services to clients.
- Ensures proper assessment and develops treatment plans to support clients with varying needs across shortterm service formats.
- Develops treatment plans to submit to insurance companies for approval and authorization purposes as necessary.
- Delivers parent training individual and group groupbased instruction and supervision.
- Delivers education and consultation services to civilians in the community that indirectly impact individuals with autism and their families.
- Delivers highly effective consultative services to range of client types such as parents schools educators teachers employers recreational providers and autistic youth teens and adults.
- Performs other special projects and duties as necessary and requested.
Who You Are- Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in education sociology behavioral analysisspecial education or psychology is required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
- Arizona licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and with Autism Spectrum Disorders are required.
- Recent employment in school(s) or within communitybased enrichment program(s) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to and work with diverse backgrounds human capabilities and limitations and cultures.
Salary Starting at $65K Hours Monday Friday Fulltime Robust Benefits Package - Equal pay rate for all billable and nonbillable hours worked
