The Project Controls Manager position requires the candidate to be located in the St. Louis office and serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients. This role will oversee Project Controls Scheduling & Data Analytics services ensuring alignment with client requirements regulatory standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support department supervisors in adhering to client processes and expectations.
- Mentor and develop department supervisors fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure alignment with department goals.
- Oversee metrics tracking and reporting ensuring compliance with regulatory corporate and business function procedures.
- Develop and refine functionspecific policies procedures and implementation strategies.
- Audit deliverables for Project Controls Scheduling & Data Analytics to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage employee staffing levels utilization and workforce planning making recommendations for hiring or reallocations as needed.
- Identify and develop additional business opportunities with existing clients.
- Foster a positive team culture that aligns with the companys core values and promotes employee engagement.
- Travel up to 10 may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Industry experience in utilities construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling monitoring and updating project schedules.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
