We are searching for a Leaves Coordinator who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others.

In this important role the Leaves Coordinator is responsible for administering leave requests and medical accommodations to ensure and promote compliance with Riverside policy and applicable state and federal leave and labor laws. This includes providing consultation with employees and/or managers for all medical leaves including those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) MA Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) other state and local leave laws and shortterm or longterm disability plans.
The Leaves Coordinator works closely with the Benefits Employee Relations and Payroll teams to communicate leave updates impacting HR and Finance and will provide backup for other HR functions as needed.
Schedule: 20 hours per week; Five 4hour days preferred; Hybrid
