Description

The Fees Operations team at Asset & Wealth Management is dedicated to optimizing feerelated processes across the bank in collaboration with Technology and Business leadership. We focus on transforming the organizations capabilities by shifting from routine tasks to highvalue activities enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Our datainformed methodology identifies improvement opportunities and through codesign principles we develop scalable solutions that empower our team members and align with the banks strategic goals.

As an Asset Servicing Automation Associate within the Fees Operations team you will be tasked with promoting operational excellence and implementing change by utilizing a variety of data sets and intelligent automation tools. You will work closely with the product organization to shape the future state of operations. This role offers the chance to play a crucial role in defining the ecosystem and capability set and guiding the path for Fees Operations. Given the ambitious nature of this operations and change program you will have access to and visibility of senior firm leadership and a wide exposure across the full spectrum of Asset and Wealth Management globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx SQL etc.
  • Create and enhance analytics dashboards in Tableau/Qlik along with managing and deploying dashboards to the firmwide server
  • Liaise and Project manage large scale strategic projects with complete accountability
  • Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across including senior leaders in the Business Technology Design Operations and control functions across lines of business

Required qualifications skills and capabilities:

  • Masters degree in business or equivalent
  • 8 years of experience in program management leading strategic or transformational change
  • Experience in data transformation tools such as Alteryx
  • Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines priorities and complexities
  • Extensive experience in managing banking operations with expertise in financial products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
