Here at Rainbows Childrens Hospice we provide specialist palliative care and endoflife support to over 750 Babies Children and Young People living with lifelimiting and lifethreatening conditions as well as approximately 3000 people including families siblings and carers across the East Midlands. Simply put were here to brighten short lives and support families wherever they are.
We are seeking an exceptional and organised ACP to join our incredible and dedicated Specialist Palliative care team at Rainbows Childrens Hospice covering all 5 counties of the East Midlands: Hospice Hospital and Community. In this vital role you will provide advanced clinical expertise contribute to symptom management lead on end of life care and work closely with families to ensure the best quality of care for the babies children and young people in our care. You will also support the Head of Palliative Care in managing leading and introducing new services within the Hospice and manage a team of CNSs and unregistered professionals
You will be based at the Hospice in Loughborough and be required to travel across the East Midlands covering all 5 counties: Leicestershire Nottinghamshire Derbyshire Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.
Hours of work: This role will be between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm on a rota covering 7 days a week. There will be a requirement to be on the oncall rota.
