WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Managingand overseeing the Accounting team involving general ledger accounting for multiple entities including international
- Managingand overseeing a Payroll team which includes both US and Canadian payrolls
- Managingand coordinatingthe monthly financial close process
- Leading financial reporting process to parent company for consolidation
- Ownership of financial statement audits with external and internal auditors
- Working closely with parent company team members as it relates to taxes
- Overseeing commissions including payment calculations statement generation and deferral schedules
- Assisting in acquisition due diligence
- Integratingacquired entities
- Implementing new accounting standards in collaboration with parent company
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- 5 years of accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Management experience
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- CPA preferred
- Experience with International Subsidiaries
- IFRS experience
- Subscription revenue experience
- Transactional revenue experience including online payment portals
