Floor Technician Job Summary
We seek a detailoriented hardworking floor technician who is prepared for physical work active enjoys constant movement and is willing to walk considerably to join our cleaning team. You should have janitorial experience and familiarity with various cleaning products techniques and equipment. The duties of this job include sweeping mopping scrubbing and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial buildings. You may also help clean or extract the carpet. You may have to move furniture for floor access or be asked to perform other light cleaning tasks.
This is a janitorial floor position. During the school season most floor cleaning will be done by running an auto scrubber and burnishing with a highspeed buffer. During the summer season stripping/waxing and scrubbing/recoating hard surface floors.

- Assist with striping buffing and waxing surfaces
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Follow workplace safety standards
- Side by Side
- Truck Mount
- Propane Burnisher
- Auto Scrubber
- Hard surface Tool
- Scrub/Recoat
- Steam Clean & Extract Carpet
- Marble Prep/Polish
- Pressure Wash
- Diamond Cut
Floor Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
Valid drivers license
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
