Role Overview
As a Microsoft Exchange Administrator Intern you will:
- Learn and assist in configuring managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange serversin hybrid environments.
- Support the team in troubleshooting mail flow database and connectivity issues.
- Participate in server hardening upgrades and patch management projects.
- Collaborate on projects focused on email security including Edge Servers EOP and encryption tools like OME and Proofpoint.
- Develop PowerShell scripting skills to automate administrative tasks.
- Create and update documentation for Exchange configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
What Were Looking For
- Educational Background: Competed degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange SMTP POP3 IMAP protocols or related technologies is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Interest in server management email security and PowerShell scripting.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate in diverse environments and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with translation tools and in nonEnglishspeaking environments.
