Job Scope:
- Install maintain and repair both automatic and manual welding machines and CNC machining equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Address and resolve technical issues and production requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and softwarerelated issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive service reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to assist with product development and enhancement projects.
- Deliver inhouse training on the correct use and upkeep of equipment.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Willingness to travel overseas is required.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our inhouse production team in Singapore and globally and ensuring our products operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of TIG automatic cladding machines manual welding machines (E.g. Fronius Brand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair automatic and manual welding machines and/or CNC Machining
- Diagnose mechanical electrical and softwarerelated issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve production technical concerns and requirements.
- Provide inhouse training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the O&G industry
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Philippines and Malaysia as needed.
