Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Assist with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Exceptional problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Open to relocating within Portugal
Additional Information:
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
