We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/Content Creator to join our Miami HQ location as an Art Manager.

What will you be doing

You will part of the Cosentino Americas Brand team supporting the whole business and helping to ensure the service to the different areas targets and segments of the company from an art/graphic/creative perspective.

The Art Manager plans leads and coordinates all branding art projects within the Brand and Image marketing team. He/she works on the creation and conceptualization of brand campaigns product launches and other marketing collateral projects. This includes working on brand advertisement in different media such as print digital social etc.

The Art manager monitors all branding design projects and tracks productivity within the team. He/she manages the designers team and evaluates any additional freelance needs for the team. The Art Manager manages the team in the daytoday performance of their jobs and daily projects.He/she will be working directly with the Senior Brand Manager and this relationship will be key to assure the different projects in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of marketing design collateral including off and online content (print ads videos brochures signage marketing collateral tools and digital content: web landings banners newsletters social networking assets including interactive formats such as GIFs slideshows short videos etc).
• Work in the edition of long and short format videos including edition or creation of video content for social networks.
• Graphic design for different assets for events
• Graphic design for different assets for landings/webs
• Content mock ups for new business opportunities and launches
• Ensure and manage the local graphic and design team to ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Stay uptodate with digital and social media content trends always aware of the new formats and features that digital and social platforms offer
• Keep up with industry trends by reading and sharing creative examples industry articles among others
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Responsible to align brand and graphic guidelines from HQ into North and Latin America in order to keep consistency
• Perform photo editing
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Prepares finished copy and art for offline and online marketing actions
• Coordinates projects along with external agencies vendors etc.

EDUCATION

Required

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
• Functional Microsoft Office skills required including PowerPoint
• High level in Adobe InDesign Acrobat Illustrator and Photoshop is required (Creative Suite).
• High level in Premiere After Effects.

KNOWLEDGE

• Functional Microsoft Office skills required including PowerPoint
• High level in Adobe InDesign Acrobat Illustrator and Photoshop is required (Creative Suite).
• High level in Premiere After Effects.
• 3D programs and animation skills are plus.
• Photography editing is a plus
