Car rental agent Croatian Speaker (Onsite or remote options both in Athens)
Location: Athens Greece
Start Date: April
Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday Sunday 08:00 17:00 2 days off per week)
Salary: 1100 x 14 salaries per year

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone chat and email regarding rental bookings policies and inquiries.
- Provide excellent service by handling requests efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve issues related to reservations payments and vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
