RN Stepdown

Confident Staff Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Stepdown for a temporary 13week contract in Birmingham AL. As a leading healthcare staffing agency we pride ourselves in providing topnotch healthcare professionals to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients conditions including vital signs and medical history

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide patient education and support to promote healthy lifestyle choices and selfcare management

Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in condition

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and regulations

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Alabama

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown unit

BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
