Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Scan document from Car Deals
- Scan document from payables
- Second look all documents scanned
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Work cooperatively withinternal office team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Attention to details
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
