Job Description
Plateau is seeking a highly skilled and experienced delivery lead of .NET/Azure Technology Delivery to lead our development teams and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions using the .NET framework and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership and people management skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for onshore and offshore development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Technology Delivery: Oversee all phases of the system development lifecycle including analysis design development testing and deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for technology delivery that align with business goals and objectives.
- People Management: Oversee team performance provide regular feedback and foster a positive work environment.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to build highperforming teams capable of delivering quality solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and delivery management with extensive experience in .NET and Azure technologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the .NET framework Azure cloud services CI/CD tools (e.g. Git Jenkins Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven people leader with ability to lead and manage development teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are highly desirable.
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SOLID design principles and software architecture patterns.
- Experience in managing globally dispersed teams and working in a multicultural environment.
- Current Secret or Top Secret clearance
