Position Summary:

The Medication Monitor is responsible for implementing procedures for monitoring client selfadministration of medications inventory and maintaining/ordering residents prescriptions. We are looking for a candidate with a great attitude excellent interpersonal skills and solid prior experience dispensing medications. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented strong at multitasking and dedicated to highquality patient care.

Location and Shift:

This position is located at our Carlton House Mens Residential facility.

Monday through Friday Swing Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm)

Compensation:

Pay Rate: Starts at $17.85 Hr. Depending on certification and experience level

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• H.S. Completion or equivalent
• Relevant experience in one of the following: handling medications Pharmacy services CNA EMT or Medical Assisting.
• Proficient with technology
• Current CPR certification or ability to quickly certify through the agency.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Valid Oregon Drivers License and Clean 3year driving history

Employment Requirements:

• Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
• PreEmployment Drug Screening (Including THC)
