Job Description:
Materials Planning Develop and implement strategies to manage materials and purchasing efficiently.
Data Management Maintain accurate material and procurement data for smooth operations.
Order Management Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Supply Chain Planning Plan monthly and longterm procurement to meet production and sales goals.
Material Availability Ensure all necessary materials are available for production and sales.
Risk Management Analyze demand trends and identify risks to prevent supply chain disruptions.
Supplier Relationships Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for better coordination and efficiency.
OnTime Deliveries Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and address any issues proactively.
Supplier Improvement Lead projects to enhance supplier performance in cost delivery and systems.
Supplier Payments Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
CrossTeam Collaboration Work with quality production finance and engineering teams for smooth processes.
Logistics Management Handle transportation negotiate freight rates and manage customs activities.
Inventory Control Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet production needs.
Data Analysis Analyze procurement data to improve decisionmaking and report performance insights.
Compliance Ensure all purchasing activities follow legal and company regulations including ISO standards.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office is must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 & 14001: 2004 Standards is essential.
