Job Description
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and analyze operations performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage the supply chain from vendor selection to product delivery
- Oversee shipping and logistics including inventory management and the distribution of products and supplies
- Recruit and manage a team of operations staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and finance to determine production and inventory needs
