Our new stateoftheart facility in Mesa AZ will house advanced CNC and robotic equipment focused on excellence in this endeavor. CNC routers fiber lasers metal punches plate rolling robotic metal forming and robotic welding will be at the disposal of our Manufacturing team.

Job Title: Manufacturing Manager Mesa AZ
Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and Offsite Construction the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations ensuring efficient production processes data tracking and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader with a passion for growth and a heart for service who has experience managing a Smart Factory with extensive CNC equipment.
The Manufacturing Manager (MM) will oversee and bring clarity and vision to all operations of the Manufacturing shop including CNC programming operations and maintenance production scheduling personnel management regulatory compliance QAQC operations and most importantly Safety.

Working conditions
Mostly office based. Typical working hours for the Manufacturing Manager may vary. Generally Monday Friday during normal business hours but when deadlines approach they may be required to work much longer hours including some weekend work. May be required to work out of the office and sometimes to stay away from home for short to long periods of time. Some travel may be required for training/continuing education.
While performing the duties of this job the Manufacturing Manager may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles moving mechanical parts and vibration; may be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites (weather noise etc..
Physical requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Manufacturing Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The Manufacturing Manager is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
