St. Francis de Sales Parish School is currently seeking a passionate and faithfilledInterventionSpecialist.
Qualifications & Requirements:Current State of Ohio Full or SupplementalInterventionSpecialistLicenseCurrent (or willingness to pursue in a timely manner) BCI/FBI Background Check and Virtus Training through the Diocese of Cleveland.

InterventionSpecialistTeacher Responsibilities Will Include:

Facilitating the growth of academic social behavioral and functional (organizational) skills.

- Working effectively with students with IEPs or Service Plans delivering Specially Designed Instruction for identified needs arising from disabilities such as Learning Disabilities Cognitive or Intellectual Impairment or Other Health Impairments such as ADHD.
- Working with identified students to complete state and school required testing
- Participating in evaluation data collection and communication contributing to Multifactored Evaluations and Evaluation Team Reports for referred students.
- Developing and Implementing IEP goals and objectives.
- Working collaboratively with special education staff regular education staff school administrators and local districts.
- Collecting data monitoring and recording progress completing progress reports.
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with parents.
