PT Racquet Sports Instructor

Hours: Monday through Saturday
Location: Various Locations
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. DOQ
JOB SUMMARY
Interested in joining our racquet sports team We are seeking qualified instructors for Pickleball Platform Tennis and Tennis to provide instruction for our participants. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Racquet Sports Racquet Sports Instructors are responsible for instructing participants various skills and drills for each sport. Duties include but are not limited to developing and facilitating activities and drills court setup and takedown group lessons private lessons and creating a fun friendly environment for participants to learn the game. Programs include both youth and adult lessons. Pickleball programs run year round Platform Tennis programs run Winter/Spring/Fall and Tennis programs run Spring/Summer/Fall.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
The ideal candidate will have a passion for racquet sports be selfmotivated and have an outgoing energetic personality. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with participants and their parents staff and the public are essential. First Aid/CPR/AED certified highly desired (GEPD will provide this training when needed). Previous playing and/or coaching experience is required. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
