Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is seeking NephrologyPhysicians interested in an exceptional hospitalemployed opportunity in Nephrology to apply. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule where you will work alongside two highly respected nephrologist physicians in inpatient and outpatient settings with a shared rotating call coverage schedule. Skilled advanced practice nurse practitionerand medical assistants further support the practice. Located in the charming town of Vernon Connecticut the Nephrology practice is just a short drive from the hospital site in Manchester CT. Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligibleby the AmericanBoard of Nephrology
• Connecticut licensed Federal DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or eligible
