MOKA is hiring an enthusiastic positive and customerfocused barista to join our team in Rochester MN. As a barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages building relationships with customers and working in a collaborative teamfocused environment.
Here at MOKA we have a passion for great coffee and making genuine connections with every customer. Our core business focuses on highquality coffee and espresso drinks with quick and friendly customer service.
We are looking for a fulltime barista with flexible availability to work 3240 hours a week. Parttime applicants must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week. The ideal candidate should be around for remained of the Spring and into the summer of 2025

Responsibilities:
- Craft custom highquality handmade beverages
- Champion MOKA culture. Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day
- Upholds sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
- Demonstrate and reinforce MOKAs mission statement policies and core values.
