Job Description
Lamborghini of Paramus is seekingan experienced automotiveParts Manager to join and lead our Parts team. This is a management level role so we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of automotive Parts Manager experience. This person must be a team player and have thedealerships best interest in mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forecastsgoalsandobjectivesforthedepartmentandstrivestomeetthem.
- Hirestrainsmotivatecounselsandmonitorstheperformanceofallpartsdepartmentstaff.
- Meetandassistthecustomerinacourteousandprofessionalmannerprovidingthemwiththeinformationtheyneed.
- Supervisesstockorderprocedures.
- Ensurethatincominginventoryisstockedinthecorrectlocation.
- Maintainabalancedinventoryconsistentwiththerequirementsofthedefinedareas.
- Accuratelypricepartsandaccessoriesusingtheproperpricingsourceandkeepthecomputersystemuptodate.
- Enforcesafetyrequirements.
- DemonstratesbehaviorsconsistentwiththeCompanysValuesinallinteractionswithcustomerscoworkersandvendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Twoormoreyearsrelatedexperienceinanautomotivepartsmanagementpositionpreferred.
- Twoormoreyearsofsalesexperiencepreferred.
- Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
- Professionalappearanceandworkethic.
- Abilitytoworkwellinaprocessdrivenenvironment.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- Validdriverlicenseinthestatethatyouwillworkandagooddrivingrecord.
