As Operations Manager you will lead a procurement team allocating workloads and managing priorities based on business requirements.
How youll help us make health happen
By managing and motivating your team and ensure they are provided with the knowledge and training needed to fulfil their roles effectively and encouraging excellent customer service
Report concerns and potential problems to the Head of Procurement and make proposals regarding the appropriate remedial actions.
Create monitor and report on appropriate team KPIs.
Create and provide timely reporting for the Procurement & Commercial function.
Implement best practices in procurement processes and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
MCIPS or Equivalent Qualification would be beneficial but not required
Excellent communication skills are essential
Analytical thinking with excellent problem solving skills and a keen eye for process improvements
Comprehensive experience of working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful commercial outcome
Recent and relevant experience of leading cross functional/business unit teams
