An analyst is an entrylevel position within the Valuation & Advisory team responsible for delivering timely and highquality analyses. The role primarily involves creating Argus cash flow models conducting rent roll audits gathering data and reviewing data quality.Job Description
About the About:
- Assist in executing financial analysis and modeling requests ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
- Analyze lease documents to extract pertinent details for preparing lease abstracts for different property types.
- Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise using the lease documents Rent Roll Budget Financials Recovery Schedule and clientprovided assumptions.
- Audit existing financial models for accuracy of inputs and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize assumptions.
- Perform market research to analyze property and market conditions and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Grasp the nuances of commercial property valuation to identify relevant information.
About You:
- Bachelors degree in finance Real Estate or a related field preferred
- 25 years of experience in lease abstraction financial analysis and modeling within Commercial Real Estate
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g. Rockport Val) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English both verbal and written for effective communication with onshore team members
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a highvolume fastpaced environment
