As theLife Enrichment Aide you are animportantmember of the The Orchards team and a key contributor to our residentsexperience. You willactivelyengagewithresidents whileparticipating in and orimplementing an array ofactivitiesto appeal to thesocial physicalintellectualand emotionalneeds and interests of each resident.You willhavethe opportunity to work with residentsone on oneingroupsandon communityoutings.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Has a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys socializingandhas an outgoingfriendlypersonality.
Must be able tocommunicateconfidentlyandeffectivelywith residents families andall levels ofstaff members healthcare professionals and other visitors.
