Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our growing team. In this foundational role you will be an integral part of our marketing initiatives working closely with experienced marketing professionals to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As a vital member of our marketing department you will gain handson experience in various marketing strategies from digital campaigns to traditional outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for various platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for team reviews
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas
- Maintain and update the companys social media profiles and website
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
