Journeyman Plumber
Creature is an integrated design build firm based in Birmingham AL. Our focus is on developing a differentiated delivery platform that improves the lives of our employees and customers. We are focused in the delivery of facilities utilizing the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) methodology. DMC replaces the centuryold siloed approach of the Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry. A major component of our platform is our inhouse Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing trades.
Job Description:
Creature needs agroup of Plumbing Team Members who are looking for a chance to deploy their craft excellently. The ideal person for this role would be someone who is conscientious motivated enjoys solving a problem and is accomplishment driven. Our Lead Plumber must be well versed in all facets of commercial plumbing and have a clear understanding of doing plumbing work within medical facilities.
Role Expectations:
- Be an expert in the field of all things plumbing and plumbing related
- Develop an understanding of Creatures systems and processes and utilize them to lead a team
- Provide leadership through setting team members up for success and offering ongoing coaching and development to those team members
- Work with Creature PM team to smooth out labor for plumbing teams causing smooth manpower loading of Creature projects
- Work to recruit and standardize training of new field talent
Position requires that you either be a master plumber or can prove your pathway to becoming one a willingness to go through additional trainings and certifications and a can do attitude that will propel you through tough situations. We work fast and hard while maintaining high expectations on our work.
