Were seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Manager Social Strategy to lead the social media presence and strategy for the Travel Leisure Co. portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving social engagement and growth an expertise in managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms and a deep love for travel. As a key player on our team youll blend creativity with datadriven strategies to craft compelling content build a vibrant online community and strengthen brand loyalty.

How Youll Shine:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes such as increased brand awareness engagement and conversion rates aligned with each brands unique goals and identity.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless integration of social media strategies with broader business initiatives and driving crossfunctional collaboration for holistic success.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors in the travel space
  • Develop and implement targeted audience engagement strategies leveraging audience insights and segmentation to create personalized and impactful content that resonates with diverse audience segments and drives engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the evolving social media landscape by monitoring trends competitors and new developments in algorithms platforms and strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of cuttingedge AI technologies and innovative tools platforms and methodologies to enhance social media performance and maintain the brands competitive edge.


Travel Requirements:

  • This role will involve travel to various resorts around the country or business meetings 12 times a month. 25 travel


What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as engagement follower growth and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and inform datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and datadriven insights to continuously refine and optimize social media strategies and content creation ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Eagerness to experiment with new formats and approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Passion for social media trends and online consumer behavior.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment with an openness to change as strategy and business needs evolve.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience with Social Media Management tools (Sprinklr Meltwater Canva etc..
  • 57 years of experience with social media management or social content creation


Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
