Job Overview
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience at a senior level. This fulltime position is located in Bangalore Rural and Hyderabad. The company has 75 employees in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and initiatives
- Conduct product detailing and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decisionmakers to drive sales growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Develop sales & meet targets
