BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Windsor Run Retirement Community in Matthews NC 28105. As a caregiver you will work alongside a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide support and care to residents on a dedicated floor. Our residents range from completely independent to those requiring mild support and our goal is to help them improve their daily lives while maintaining their independence.
*PLEASE NOTE* This position is only for actively licensed NC CNAs
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence.
- Work collaboratively with a team of CNAs to provide highquality care.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with team members.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive salary: 1820$ Hourly (based on commitment level).
- Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 25 hours per week required.
- Shift options: 7 AM 3 PM 3 PM 11 PM 11 PM 7 AM.
- Start date: May 5 2025.
- Overtime offered along with holiday pay and other incentives.

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:

- Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required.
