Job Description
*This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain EDI interfaces using industrystandard X12 formats
- Implement and optimize ETL processes
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement EDI requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDIrelated issues promptly
- Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and data flows
- Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain reports related to EDI transactions and system performance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of EDI X12 standards and transaction sets
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
- Solid understanding of data mapping and transformation techniques
- Familiarity with EDI/ETL software and integration platforms
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with AWS Glue
- Experience with additional programming languages (e.g. Python Java Scala)
- Knowledge of other EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT HL7
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience in healthcare retail or supply chain industries
