Description

The Inside Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding and managing the daytoday activity of the assigned Base Business team. This person will be responsible for employee development performance management task assignment and prioritization and coordinate with the Service Advisors to ensure that the team delivers the highest levels of quality support within the agreed timeframe.

In this role your responsibilities will be:

  • Work together with the Manager to develop team KPI and reporting structure supervise team performance and report on metrics
  • Build an inspiring team environment and open communication to empower team members
  • Ensures the timely and accurate entry followup and delivery of quotes and orders
  • Handles the utilization of the Base Business team to meet the agreed targets and implementation of accurate working methods procedures and tools. Develops and maintains effective standards and systems for logging monitoring and analyzing order entry activities
  • Ensures that all reports have the appropriate soft skills technical training and development plan; follows up monthly on development needs supervises professional growth and forecasts promotions
  • In collaboration with Customer Experience Management and HR handles employee welfare and development to ensure we retain a motivated engaged and successful team
  • Leads Lifecycle Services Base Business department initiatives aligned to department annual objectivesand crafts necessary framework for these initiatives: working method tools to be used detailed actions and overall transparency on owners and the progress

Who you are

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You quickly and significantly take action in factchanging unexpected situations. You take a proactive approach to shape and influence stakeholder expectations.

For this role you will need

  • University degree
  • 5 years experience in a similar role (sales or order admin processes would be nice to have)
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Communicates efficiently at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in people management/coordination
  • Strong understanding of the PSS organizational matrix
  • Proficiency in English (another European language is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience in using ERP/MRP systems
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and very wellorganized

Preferred qualifications that set you apart

  • Understanding of PMOspecific standards preferred
  • Working experience within remote teams is helpful.
