Were seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team! Reliability trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work cooperative and politely work and deal with others and to effectively multitask and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance functions as required.
- Ensure the facility physical plant and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient working order.
- Repair equipment and tools as necessary.
- Experience with heating and air conditioning boiler and water systems washers dryersemergency power generators and other basic physical plant and equipment items.
- Understanding of principles of preventive maintenance.
- Ability to communicate with staff.
