Summary:
The Clinical Education Coordinator reports directly to the Clinical Education Support Manager and is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the clinical student rotations and site rotations as assigned which may include matters of significance that may impact the quality of a students educational experience and outcomes.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required. A oneyear certificate from college or technical school Associate degree or Bachelors degree highly desired. Must have a minimum of 57 years relevant working experience required preferable in a professional business medical or academic setting. Ability to independently construct diverse computerized documents and reports which includes spreadsheets tables and macros. The ability to build positive rapport with many groups of internal and external stakeholders is required to be successful in this position. Experience working in a team and customer service oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Computer Skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Language Skills
Intermediate skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints. Excellent communication organizational technical and analytical skills are required.
Reasoning Ability
Intermediate skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms.
